May 12th PMTA Laws

I have been getting a lot of questions lately about the upcoming May 12th, PMTA laws. What are they? What do they entail? Well in short they entail all vapor related products that were manufactured after Aug. 2016, essentially including all of the current devices on the market. Manufacturers and companies will need to submit their Pre Market Tobacco Application for Electronic Nicotine Delivery systems to be reviewed and approved by the FDA. This can be an expensive and extenuating financial strain on newer and smaller companies, especially ones affected by the current Coronavirus epidemic.
